We are a pet-friendly community. There is a limit of 2 pets per household. There is no weight restriction at this property. We do not allow aggressive dog breeds.
There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 for a single pet and 0 total for two pets, which is payable prior to move-in. Pet rent is per pet per month.
For your convenience, we charge $53.00 per month which covers pest control, curbside trash service and liability insurance.
2C - Panorama Townhomes have their own private, attached 2-car garage. 3B - Summit Townhomes have their own private, attached 3-car garage. All other units have two unassigned parking spaces.

While transfers of leases to another party are not permitted, residents wishing to transfer to a different apartment within the community may do so under the following conditions: If the transfer occurs while the lease is active, a fee of 500.00 applies.

Vehicles may be towed if they are left unattended or not moved for weeks, have flat tires, or have expired tags. Residents must ensure their cars are removed from the property by the deadline set by the community management if required.
